Patricia Kaub-Freudenstein

Patricia Kaub-Freudenstein started her hotel career at the age of 16. She actually wanted to graduate from high school, but then she got a push from an unusual direction.
"A boy from my parallel class applied for a job at Immenhof. I overheard the interview and immediately caught fire myself. It was always clear that I would go into the hotel business. But from that moment on, I wanted it IMMEDIATELY."
So she also started IMMEDIATELY with her apprenticeship in her parents' business. Already during her apprenticeship she recognized her preference for good wine and delicious food.
After graduation, she gained further experience at the renowned Hotel Bareis in the Black Forest. There, she was able to expand her knowledge, especially in the upscale restaurant business. At some point, however, homesickness was too great and she returned to the Palatinate.
"Wine and the Palatinate go together and I love both. That's why I also decided to become Wine Princess. From 2001 to 2003, I was allowed to represent the wonderful wine of the region and got to know many interesting people along the way."
At the election to the Palatinate Wine Queen Patricia then also met with your prince Dieter Kaub. They both let themselves train at this time the hotel management school to the hotel business economist.
After completing hotel management school, Patricia and Dieter already began their work at Hotel Immenhof. While Dieter went into the kitchen and took over the scepter from Norbert Freudenstein, Patricia's world was initially the restaurant.
"At the time, of course, we were also thinking about whether we could all work together. My dad also did the kitchen. And when Dieter started at Immenhof, he naturally approached some things differently than my dad. It was definitely a finding process, but in the end that worked out well, too."
Over the years, Patricia's tasks at Hotel Immenhof have changed. Actually, she is always there where it burns. She is always involved in day-to-day operations - in the restaurant as well as at the reception. She also takes care of personnel matters and, together with the family, the strategic plans of the Immenhof. You can see Patricia everywhere in the hotel. Her guests especially appreciate her friendly and open-minded nature.

Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Unfortunately there was no time for the beautiful wellness area. Will certainly come again.
Recommended hotel in a good location - We stayed at the hotel for a weekend and had a pleasant stay. There was a good breakfast - with champagne and salmon on Sundays. Dinner on the beautiful terrace was also delicious. With the Pfalzcard you could use the nearby beautiful outdoor pool for free.
